Can I swim in the Hair? This is a personal preference if hair is attached you can , however consider that when swimming in a pool chemicals and chlorine may interfere with the quality of the hair, there is a possibility it may dry out, discolor, or fade.
Can I wash and let my hair air dry? After washing and conditioning the hair must be sectioned and combed from the ends out, use a leave in conditioner, if the hair is not combed out it will TANGLE and KNOT at the root.
Can I have sex while wearing my hair?
This is a personal preference, hair must be either tied up, combed from the ends out if the hair is wet not combed evenly and neatly and your back is being blown out it will TANGLE and become a KNOTTED MESS from all the friction against the bed!
Can I alter the color of my system? Yes however its best to allow OZZY to do it, no one else. Your hair is an investment not to be played with!
HOW LONG WILL OZZY'’S HOLD ON TO CUSTOM ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PLACED?
Once custom orders have been placed and received there will be a 2 month hold, custom orders take at least 6-8 weeks for completion if hair is not paid in full or picked up within this time frame you will forfeit your deposit and hair.
If you visited my studio within that time frame to try on the hair and exceed more than 4 visits within 5 months from placing the order for any changes that you have agreed on,this is a CLEAR INDICATION that you are trying to get out of PAYING, BARGAIN HUNTING or see if I will LOWER THE COST.
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Yes. Consultations are FREE for up to 10 minutes. To assist in your decision making process please review the numerous videos displayed on our Facebook which demonstrate our expertise, process, and results.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IF I DECIDE TO HAVE A CUSTOM HAIR PROSTHESIS MADE?
Once the consultation is over, the proper measurements, template, selection of hair and style is complete, you must sign an agreement and make a deposit of 50% of the cost of the unit.
Please bring/attach a government approved Picture ID along with your signed agreement/contract.
Please note, Ozzy’s does not accept checks. Note: Human Hair piece construction takes about 8 weeks to be completed, before it is shipped to me.

However there is no DISCOUNT since LABOR is STILL LABOR.

OZZY'S is not to be compared with "who or what" is being offered elsewhere and their costs.
I do NOT offer QUICK WEAVES, STOCKING CAP GLUE WEAVES, nor 27 piece.
GREASE and OIL experiments are not needed, hair will build up and end up gummy when trying to wash it.
Do you PLUCK EDGES?
OZZY'S only offers LIGHTLY plucking to customize hairline, hair will shed with time from wear and tear.
When considering on being fitted and measured for additional hair, your natural hair must be free of WEAVES, THICK BRAIDS, no GLUED down LACE FRONTS you will not get exact measurements.
Your own hair can be nearly cornrowed or tied down for measurements.
DO YOU CATER TO WOMEN UNDERGOING CHEMOTHERAPY / RADIATION TREATMENT?
Yes, and we are very knowledgeable and experienced.
HAIR LOSS. WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Hair loss usually occurs ten days to two weeks after the first treatment. The amount of hair a person will lose varies between individuals and strength of the medication.
WHEN SHOULD I START?
Start Now! Hair prosthesis should be started before treatment when possible. Hair color and style can be matched as close as possible. A custom synthetic hair piece can take six to eight weeks to deliver. Scarves and turbans available upon request.

Cost is based on size of repair and quality of hair needed.
What is the turnaround time?
All repairs are STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT depending on the repair and size it can take from 1 hr to 3 weeks also taking into considerations list of repairs before you.
